**********************************************************************

This one-day workshop is intended to learn about basics of quantum
computations and to discuss quantum-computer applications to particle
and nuclear physics.

At this workshop, we have two basic lectures on quantum computations
by Prof. Tomoyuki Morimae, so that participants who are not familiar
with quantum computers are welcome. Then, there are talks on
history and outlook of the quantum computer technology and
specific topics on nuclear-particle physics.

In the first circular, we announced a talk by Dr. Ian Cloet.
However, he cannot come unfortunately. Instead, we arranged
a talk by a KEK-theory-center visitor Dr. Henry Lamm.

If you would like to participate in the workshop, please send
the attached registration form by February 6, 2020.
In addition, please register for a KEK user from the web:
http://j-parc-th.kek.jp/workshops/2020/03-07/kek-register-e.html .

We are looking forward to seeing you and having active discussions
on femtotechnologies by quantum computers at the workshop.
