Introduction

		The international workshop on hadron physics, which is held as a pre-workshop of QNP2018, will take place at KEK Tokai campus in November. This workshop will be focused on hadron physics at finite density. The main topics will be "Hadrons and resonances in nuclei/matter", "Strangeness and charm in nuclei/matter" and "Cold and dense matter equation of state". In addition, hadron physics conducted at J-PARC and related issues will be discussed.

		* Workshop venue:

		KEK Tokai campus, Tokai 1st building, Room 116

		* Narita & Haneda airports, and JR Tokyo station ↔
		Nearest bus stop "Genken-mae."

		Please see the following website, "Access".

		* Time tables

		1. JR train (Tokyo terminal ↔ Tokai station)

		2. Local bus [Tokai station ↔ J-PARC (Genken-mae)]

		3. Limousine bus (Narita, Haneda)

		* Transportation to Tsukuba for QNP2018

 We will charter a bus to move directly from the workshop
		site to the center of Tsukuba. Using our chartered bus is the
		BEST AND MOST CONVENIENT way to move to Tsukuba, because public
		 transportation from Tokai to Tsukuba is complicated and takes
		time.
		We strongly recommend you to use this bus.

		The bus will depart the workshop site after the last session of
		 the workshop. It will take about 90 minutes from Tokai to
		Tsukuba. The fee is about 2,000~3,000 yen, depending on the
		number of people using the bus. More details will be announced
		in the next circular.

		* Accommodation

		We have booked rooms in the KEK Tokai dormitory during the period of the workshop,
which are close to the conference site.
  KEK Tokai dormitory (Booked 30 rooms, right beside the workshop site, 2500 yen/night)
If you want to stay at the dormitory, please send us
the registration form.
NOTICE: If all the booked rooms in the KEK Tokai dormitory are filled,
we will ask you to reserve a room in the dormitory or other hotel by yourself.
