      *for first time registration
      go to User Registration
      https://www2.kek.jp/uskek/eng/user/registration.html
      read the terms and click Agree at the bottom.
   2. Click "Administrative Procedures for Visiting KEK/J-PARC"
   3. Click "2. Identify the purpose of your visit to KEK/J-PARC"
   4. fill in the blanks using the information in the attached screenshot.



2) Dormitory booking (after registration is approved)
   1. login to the "User Registration"
      https://krs.kek.jp/uskek/ui/UI_00000E.do
   2. click
      "Accommodation Booking and/or Travel Expenses"
      "1. Make an Accommodation Booking and/or Apply for Travel Expenses"
   3. select
      "Accommodation Only"
      "Conferences.... IPNS Theory Center"
      "Femtotechnologies by quantum computers in 2020"
      click next
      period: 2020/03/ -
      campus: Tsukuba campus
      room type: Single with shower/bath
      days: 1 day before
      click next and confirm

3) Network service
   You can request for KEK internet access service.
